Saint Vincent de Paul Society/St. Rita Conference
St. Rita Conference of the St. Vincent de Paul Society is comprised of a small group of volunteers from the parish who are dedicated to helping those in need in the parish and community. The volunteers provide aid in the form of food (we have a monthly food pantry), clothing ( we provide Back to School Target Gift Cards and Giving Tree Gift Cards), as well as help with rent, utilities and other basic needs. We also offer summer camp assistance to eligible children. We have been fortunate to be able to "re-start" the "Free-Throw Championship" at Archie Williams High School. All the proceeds from the Free Throw go to the conference which in turn uses the monies to provide services to those in need in our area.
We are so appreciative to all the donations of food and money during our bi-monthly food drives. Donations go directly to those in need.
Thank you to our very kind and generous parishioners....we couldn't do it without you!
